It’s always nerve-racking when you use a firm for the first time but I didn’t need to worry. John & the team did a great job replacing the felt & battens on my kitchen roof. The price was good, the lads were friendly, kept me informed throughout & even cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be using them again & recommending to others.
We had water entering the kitchen. The guys visited, found the cause was from the flashing sealant from 20 years ago deteriorating. They resealed the flashing and pointed out that the mortar on the block wall was also very soft and needs repointing at some point. They took no payment for the fix and had it all done with the minimum of fuss.
Phoenix have just finished work on our roof. I am pleased with the work. The new coping covers and render look smart and effective, ready for the winter. John is very knowledgeable and has been willing to talk through and explain the options at every stage. He has always been easy to contact. Thanks to John and the team.

Have had an exceedingly good experience with Phoenix Roofing Ltd. After two disastrous roof repairs that were both well below par, got in touch with Phoenix. John there was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Despite my apprehensions they did a great job. Kept me informed of progress with photos and phone calls. It was a roof at considerable height with a busy pedestrianized area below. Very Happy with the speed and quality of the work.
