Amazing customer service. Offered to repair my phone cheaper than usual price. Hospitality was great and felt very welcomed, so definitely recommend going here for repairs as well as needing any service via technology.

I went to David with a totally smashed out of shape iPhone in my lunch break. He quoted me reasonably to be able to fix it so it worked perfect, with a minimal fee if it couldn’t be fixed for his time in pulling it apart and assessing the parts carefully. He said it would be ready within a couple of hours. He promptly text me that it was ready and working before I finished at work and stayed after hours to allow me to pick it up. He included a screen protector which I was grateful for. Service came with warranty and he patiently helped me with some technical questions as well with a smile. Great place! Hopefully I won’t be back, but if I need a phone guy again I know where I’ll go ! Thank you!

Fantastic service. Homest and realistic about pricing and expectations. Very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the issue and very reasonable pricing. Owner was friendly and had great communication as well. Leaves a feeling like when you finally find an honest and good mechanic.

Every time I’ve been here, the service has been outstanding and not just in quality, but in integrity. Recently, I took my daughter’s phone in fully expecting an expensive repair, only to be told not to spend the money because it wasn’t necessary. Instead, I was given a smarter, cheaper and more practical solution and that kind of honesty is incredibly rare. The workmanship is excellent, pricing is fair, and the advice is genuinely in the customer’s best interest, not the business’s bottom line. It’s clear why this place has such an incredible number of five-star reviews…they’re absolutely earned. If you want ethical repairs, expert knowledge, and someone you can actually trust with your devices, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended.

I sent my elderly mum, who is partially deaf, into Phone Chat today because her mobile phone had stopped working and she couldn’t communicate with anyone. I rang ahead and spoke to David, who was incredibly polite and reassuring from the very beginning. When Mum arrived, he greeted her with a smile and took great care of her. He made sure she was comfortable while she waited, spoke kindly, and treated her with patience and respect — something she doesn’t always experience these days, especially in noisy environments where hearing is difficult. David not only fixed her phone but made the whole experience stress free for her. She left feeling happy relieved and genuinely cared for. I can’t thank him enough.
