Written many, many reviews over the years. This Five Star rating is just a real pleasure for me to share. These guys are great, the very best I’ve come across in many years. I knew the minute I walked in and shared the unique issue I was trying to resolve and shared what the Hyundai dealer had told me that I had found the right place. Immediately Victor who I had made the initial appointment with and George went into action. George took my car and in less than an hour he’d diagnosed the issue and a plan was put in place to resolve the issue. PS the local Hyundai dealer wanted a minimum of two days with my car just to diagnose the situation. I rest my case. Integrity, commitment and the best customer service describe Phx Auto Collision to a T! I also got to observe them with other customers and nothing changed - great with their customers and nice folks to do business with, that’s the takeaway. Thanks to George, Victor and the Phx Team. Victor and George went above and beyond to make my car look good as new. They found a couple of scratches that were not included in the estimate and took care of them at no extra charge. Amazing! Their pricing was thousands less than the other estimate I received. They finished my car on time and I appreciate the lift to/from the car rental place. I 100% recommend PHX auto collision.
George is the best! Unfortunately, I had to get a new bumper, but he matched the color perfectly and got me a great price. He was in great communication and accomplished everything in a timely manner. I look forward to going back to him for a fun paint job instead of a fender bender!
George is the most professional, personable and delightful auto care business owner I've ever met in decades of several car, truck and van services I've used. I brought my 2011 Chevy Express 3500 High Top Conversion Van in for some body and paint repair. I didn't think it could look as good as it did when George was done with it. It literally looks brand new. George was great at explaining all that needed to be done and why. I knew it was important to find a certified paint technician for a quality, long-lasting paint job and I'm so glad that George was recommended to me. I took a bunch of his business cards to hand out.
George is so personable and amazing at what he does! I was scammed a few days ago (some guys claiming to do mobile auto-body repair) They spray painted my car and got white access paint all over my black bumper etc. George’s fiancé, Mariam saw my post about it on social media and referred me to this amazing company. He worked so diligently and scrubbed it off. Carefully taped it all down in order to do a clean spray etc. He spent over an hour and a half of his time and energy to fix this for me, and wouldn’t take any money in return. He understands how it feels to be taken advantage of, and wanted to help out. That right there is amazing customer service. I will be referring anyone and everyone to George for auto-body work. He’s knowledgeable, personable, honest, and a hard worker.
