The staff was so kind and patient with our daughter who has autism. We are thankful that we found somewhere to go when our pediatrician is closed. They even let her pick a toy out of the treasure chest at the end of her visit. 10/10 recommend for small kiddos with or without autism. ☺️
Thanks, all I can say... I was very sick, couldn't get into the VA as they are still struggling even with all the new facilities and funding... but this is the real world which I'm very familiar with. Thanks for taking care of me. Feeling strong and my care angels helped me with my blood pressure and the anti biotics I needed so I could get back to work last Monday.
Currently I am waiting to be seen. I made an appointment online and the receptionist told me that they would not honor my appointment time because there are people in front of me that have been waiting, and there is an hour and a half wait. So, I am sitting in the lobby cause I need to be seen while looking at a poster called “The Cure of The Common Wait: 24/7 convenience with online scheduling.” What is the incentive for scheduling online if they won’t honor my appointment time?
This particular physicians care walk-in clinic in Chattanooga, Tennessee The one located right across the street from Hamilton Place mall has proven to be the best one I’ve ever gone to. I’m a Flightattendant and unfortunately, that means I come in contact with germs quite frequently. I’ve been going here for years and each time they treat me with respect I feel safe. I’m in and out quickly. It has never been a long wait. I’m always me With cheerful people who genuinely are concerned about my health thank you for all you do from the receptionist the nurse and the doctor. You’re truly appreciated and you make a difference.
Will never go here again. Got refunded. Doctor was rude. Asked to be seen quickly with a time frame. Only 3 patients. Thats it. Over 30 minutes to be seen and then a doctor that was just rude. And was met with someone trying to teach me something I wasn't ready to learn.
