I had knee surgery and wanted to return to pilates. Rebekah and Elizabeth were great at helping me get restarted. Communication was great. Classes amazing.
New to Pilates and already I'm hooked! After a bit of research, I found the friendliest and most informative studio! Rebekah responded to all my emails and questions promptly and with so much info!! I am so grateful, happy, and excited for this journey. Highly, highly recommend!!
If you are like me, starting a new workout routine can be a little intimidating. My Mom, who absolutely loves Pilates and this studio specifically, gifted me 2 private sessions. I hesitated to even book the private sessions but finally I did, and I am so glad that I did! I booked my private sessions with April and she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, kind, encouraging, and fun as she walked me through using the reformer. She made sure to show me how the reformer worked, made me familiar with common Pilates workouts, terminology, and how to position myself properly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and so many other things! After our first session, I was feeling much more confident and capable with the reformer, and I was excited to book our next session. Now, I am absolutely hooked and I can't wait to take my first group session! Thank you, April!
I miss this studio so much. I moved out of state and now my only option is club pilates which I do not like at all. I loved all the teachers, and owner at this studio and I saw the changes to my body in just the first month. The price structure is better than anything I have found out there. I wish I could transplant this studio to Oregon. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they need more classes, especially on the weekends.
The studio was clean and I really enjoyed Sophia’s class! I got the new student class pack which includes 5 classes for $69. I think it’s a pretty good deal and I’m excited to try all of the instructors.
