He clearly explained why a combination of Erbium YAG and CO2 lasers was the most effective approach for my specific skin concerns. He provided a detailed projection of the healing process and set realistic expectations. I was especially impressed when he visually illustrated how the lasers would smooth the scarring in my skin. It was immediately clear that Dr. Beal genuinely cares about his patients and is dedicated to helping them achieve results they can feel confident about. Pre-Procedure Preparation - The preparation provided by the medical staff was outstanding. Their attention to detail ensured I was completely at ease leading up to the day of the procedure. I received extensive guidance and resources covering pre-procedure care, day-of expectations, and thorough post-procedure instructions. I felt exceptionally well prepared for every step of the treatment journey. Day of Procedure - Jalen demonstrated professionalism and refined technical skill from the moment I arrived. After the procedure, she provided clear detailed aftercare instructions and walked me through each step to ensure I could perform the post-procedure protocol correctly at home. I had a few bad experience at med spas in San Francisco that now I actually fly to Tucson for my Botox and laser treatments. Pima Dermatology is owned and run by board-certified dermatologists, including a renowned female Mohs surgeon. Not only can you really feel the difference, but they also have a top notch reputation, and their pricing is fair and honest - not the crazy markups you see in big cities. I have always had excellent results, trust them completely, and it’s 100% worth the trip.
I had a excellent experience with this office and the amazing, beautiful Dr Sarah Schram. She was kind and informative before my surgery. What can I say, the surgery was easy, no pain, no bleeding, no pain when I got home, that evening, or the next day. Impressive!
