I cannot recommend Wendy Gallison and the Pink Realty team highly enough! If you are selling a house in Colorado, you need them on your side. Selling a house is stressful and it was more so for me as I moved out of state before putting my house in the market. However, Wendy made the experience a surprisingly smooth and even enjoyable journey. Her calm and confident guidance was a gift. What truly set this team apart was their marketing. They brought in a stager and a professional photographer, and the results were breathtaking. The advertising pictures were so beautiful.
