I used this shop for the first time for body repair. I was able to get in for an estimate quickly, and to schedule the service at a time that worked well for my schedule. Ricky was kind, professional, and very thorough. My car was then finished ahead of schedule! My car looks fantastic! They even vacuumed the inside of the car, wow! This business goes the extra mile for their customers, and we will go there in the future!
I have brought my car to Pinky’s twice for body work and they have done amazing work both times! They provide great communication on where your car is at in the process and they worked smoothly with my insurance. They did a great job making my Subaru look as good as new. I'm from Illinois, so leaving my car in Wisconsin at a shop I wasn't familiar with was a little nerve-wracking. Thankfully, the updates they sent me via email and their website helped me stay informed. And the few times I spoke with someone in the shop, they were always kind and informative. The entire process took a month, but considering the damage my vehicle sustained, I assumed it would take that long, if not longer. I appreciate them staying on task and doing a quality job.
