Amazing natural proven remedies for just about everything. Check it out in person to see the extensive number of modalities and find out in person about testimonials and how each modality works. Or at least call to find out after you see what they have online. Industrial strength rife is life changing. Highly recommended!
I showed up for an appt., albeit Carrie (sp) attempted to reach out to let me know my service provider wasn't available. She went out of her way to offer other services and I was exposed to something new to me and was able to meet a different service provider and had a wonderful experience. Sometimes, not getting what we expected turns out to be a wonderful blessing.
The wife visits here quite often exploring all the different modalities. My personal favorite is the Salt Room, it’s a great place to relax & rejuvenate. The walls and floor are covered in salt, and there is a salt generator that diffuses the salt into the air. Best 45 minutes of my day.
Came for the Massage, Stayed for the Wellness Wonderland I think my friend Rapha put it best, "even the parking lot is relaxing." The moment I pulled into the lot, and saw the peaceful courtyard and fountain out front, I felt myself move out of my stress-filled brain—work deadlines, life chaos, all of it—and into something calmer. With each step, it felt like someone took another rock out of a backpack I didn't know I was wearing... if that makes any sense. When I first called to book my appointment at Pinnacle Wellness Spa, I spoke with the owner, Kerri. I let her know I was feeling stressed, run down, and... let's say not quite camera-ready. Kerri listened carefully and suggested a few add-on services that were exactly what I didn’t know I needed. The massage was phenomenal—exactly what my body needed—but the real game-changer? The scalp massage add-on. It was like someone hit the “power wash” button on my stress. I nearly floated off the table. Afterward, I dipped a toe into some of the spa’s other wellness services. I left feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and honestly, a little radiant. Pinnacle isn’t just a spa—it’s a whole vibe. I came in for the massage, but I’ll be coming back for everything else. (And for Kerri’s magical intuition.)
10/10 best day spa in Reno!! If you haven’t been “pinnacalized” you haven’t lived! Do yourself a favor, go see Kerri and try just ONE of the many services she offers, you definitely won’t regret it. I tried the 50min deep tissue massage and foot bath detox along with the amazing salt room! I promise you will walk out feeling like a whole new person 😃
