Great food and awesome service. Gioriana was very sweet!!!! I was a bit confused with the 18%tip included in the bill, it’s not common in Canada, there we choose what we want to give (which i would probably give minimum 18%) but just having it imposed is different for me, maybe it’s a normal rule in US.
Melissa was a great server, she was helpful and attentive. She made my experience great without making me feel rushed. The Margherita pizza and the Caesar salad were delicious, while the tiramisu was the perfect end to the meal. May have to come back again while I’m in town!
Dined at Piola this evening. The food was amazing. Place was great and very unassuming spot. It was a a nice casual place with great outside seating. The music wasn’t too loud which is what my husband and I wanted for a nice casual dinner date. Melissa was our server. She was fantastic. She recommended the pasta white sauce with seafood and the pistachio dessert. Both of which were outstanding. She checked on us often and felt well taken cared of. The pricing was great considering we’re in the touristy side of Miami. We will be back!
Gloriana’s hospitality was truly exceptional! She made me feel so welcomed from the moment I sat down. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience amazing. She’s a wonderful server — friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about her guests. I really appreciated her warm personality and great service!
Lovely, lively eatery. Great food and really enjoyed trying the garlic knots and Arnold Palmers! Thank you in particular to Lenka she was kind and helpful and we enjoyed and tried all her recommendations , we will definitely be back!
