The service here was GREAT and awesome food the people here are extremely nice and a really nice layout. It was really fun playing games from back then and I hope more games will be added like smash bros melee! (A review from my 9 year old grandson)
Visited with my grandparents for the weekend and we decided to visit Video Game Heaven and this awesome place right here. It was quite busy when we got there, so the wait for a server and some food took a minute, but I honestly didn't mind as you're going to be gaming most of the time you're there. Food was a tad cold, but the taste and texture were MWAH on SPOT! This place has a wide selection of video games to play including classic arcade machines, pinball, and even home consoles you can play on the big screen! Staff was very chill and laid back and I felt that fit the atmosphere. Speaking of which, I ADORED! From MTV music videos to fun little references scattered throughout, the vibe is extremely welcoming and fun. Highly recommend coming here even if you're not grabbing any alcohol.
I had the absolute best time with my friends. Not only do they have a wide variety of games, but the staff and ambience was impeccable. Legitimately, the bartenders that took care of us were the absolute kindest, most professional people that made excellent drinks. The security staff were, likewise, so nice. I 100% recommend coming here if you are in Norfolk.
So, im no top tier food critic but the food here is amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful and inviting. The service is friendly and understanding. I dropped my coins behind street fighter and they helped me out with more. I was totally prepared to pay for more and they have me more. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BEING HERE!! This place will definitely be my hangout spot after work. I think a mario kart tournament would be fun also.
We had so much fun! Already planning on coming back. This establishment is much more low-key than somewhere like Dave and Busters or Flipper McCoys, although there’s a more limited game selection. You’ll enjoy this place if you prefer old fashioned games, think Pac-man and pinball machines! The food was great, the drinks were good once we found one we liked, and the staff was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere and the decorations as well. Overall, absolutely would recommend for anyone whether by yourself, with friends, or on a date!!
