We knew after our first call with Jessica that we wanted her to be our wedding planner. Risky to not shop around but when you know you know! Me and my husband knew we'd get easier overwhelmed with the planning process and we wanted someone calm, organized, and knowledgeable to lead us through this process. Jessica was THAT GIRL. Not only did she have great vendor recommendations and helped us stick to our budget, she was able to assure me when I was anxious about whatever detail was stressing me out that week. We wanted a small, intimate wedding that was beautiful but also relaxed and unfussy. Jessica was able to help us figure out what was necessary and what wasn't, and truly made our wedding feel like "us". One comment we heard again and again from our guests was how smoothly everything ran. From our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, everything was on schedule and felt effortless, and this is all thanks to Jessica. It really was the most perfect, beautiful day. I can't recommend Plan Prep Party enough!
I apologize for the delay in writing this review; I tend to procrastinate when overwhelmed, which is precisely why Jessica was such an incredible asset throughout our wedding planning process. From our very first call, Jessica's amazing energy was palpable, and I knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. I even joked with my partner, "Can we be friends with her??" Jessica began assisting us in winter 2019, and shortly after, when COVID-19 brought the world to a halt, her support became invaluable. She expertly helped us manage our next steps with our already booked vendors. We faced particular challenges with one vendor over postponement and potential cancellation issues, and Jessica stood by us every step of the way. When we finally decided to proceed with our wedding in 2022, Jessica effortlessly picked up where we left off and regained the momentum. Although we hired her for partial planning and design, she consistently went beyond the expected scope. Her communication was clear and transparent, and she was incredibly adept at aligning our desires with our budget. One of the aspects I most appreciated about Jessica was her creative direction. I bombarded her with a myriad of ideas about how I envisioned our wedding, and she not only listened but managed to integrate all my suggestions into something truly spectacular. To this day, I still receive compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. On the day of the wedding, Jessica ensured everything ran smoothly—any issues that arose were handled so seamlessly that I was blissfully unaware of them. Thank you, Jessica, for making our dream wedding a reality, especially after everything we went through together. You are not only a fantastic wedding planner but also an incredible person. I only wish we could get married again just to work with you one more time!

I literally could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, largely because of hiring Jessica with Plan Prep Party to be my wedding coordinator. I was looking forward to planning my wedding and picking some details, but Jessica thought of literally everything and was so prepared to help make my vision a reality. She helped make every single part of my day seamless and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best day of my life. She was so easy to work with, great at communication, great at working with my vendors, recommended vendors to work with, thought of things I completely forgot about, and she was amazing with my family and wedding guests. Jessica made sure every little detail was perfect and put my mind at ease completely. On top of all that, Jessica is so friendly and sweet - I honestly felt like I had an extra friend around to help. I often say that the wedding coordinator fee was the best money I spent on our wedding! Cannot recommend Plan Prep Party enough.
I am so glad we went with Jessica to coordinate our wedding in November 2019! We had some pretty difficult vendors to work with, which we booked before booking Jessica. Jessica was empathetic, yet straightforward. Her follow up with vendors was appreciated. She helped turn our vision into reality and make it even better than we imagined! She took on the decorating the morning of at our venue, which is basically a blank canvas. She made sure that my husband and I had a few minutes to ourselves in our venue before guests could enter, which we really appreciated! At the rehearsal, she was organized and really did a great job. There were only a couple of times that I had to ask Jessica about the status of something, otherwise I would absolutely hire Jessica again!
