this place is very friendly and very comfortable! every time i walk in in always greeted and told to have a good day. i have no complaints and would recommend planet fitness to anyone i come across. I would recommend Felix as a great amount of support!
Felix was very helpful in explaining the facility equipment, quite informative of all services and allowed me a demonstration of both massage chairs. "He sold me on a Black Card membership" I expect he should move up quickly in your corporate ladder!
Felix the AM was a great help, he gave me a tour that really got my attention on the great things this gym offers. I signed up a few days ago. It’s also very clean and organized I have 1 other gym membership somewhere else and I was impressed of how clean this gym is. I like that. I also saw that the staff was attentive to all their guest. Happy to have signed up and ready for my new gym! Thank you Felix and staff.
This is a great gym especially for beginners. They are kind, friendly, professional, and truly don’t judge. I worked with Sienna and Fee and they were awesome. They have great prices and exceptional facilities. Go check them out!

She went above and beyond to answer my questions thoroughly and with patience, while also anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. What really stood out was her professionalism combined with a kind, approachable attitude—she made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats every interaction with such care. Sienna is a true asset to the team, and I left feeling not only satisfied but impressed. I highly recommend seeking her out if you want top-notch service!
