Jonathan has been out to my home in Sonoma several times as a technician to help me with my carpet beetle issue. He has always been professional and always pays attention to details and answers my questions. When you’re dealing with frustrating pests, you want someone like Jonathan to help you out.
Michael came out to our ADU and addressed our endless ant issue - and I mean ENDLESS. Everyday for 10 days I killed thousands of ants in my kitchen - video is 56 seconds long. They kept coming - for 10 days. I've never seen anything like it. Problem solved...not deferred...not minimized...not improved...SOLVED. He says the other employees call him "The Ant Whisperer". I believe. I know I'm going long here, but follow the sequence: 1) I spend 10 days killing thousands of ants w/vinegar EVERY DAY 2) I call Planet Orange, and tell them I have an ant problem. 3) They LISTEN, and send the right guy: The Ant Whisperer. 4) The schedule him for enough time to analyze the issue, he has the right equipment and training , he addresses the issue COMPLETELY - with a good attitude and work ethic. Michael: I hope that Planet Orange realizes what a value you are to their organization... PS: this is my 5th review in 5 years, so...
Wow!! Juan is the best tech ever! He's friendly, attentive and punctual. He's a pleasure to have as my tech. Thank you Planet Orange. I've tried other companies but no one comes close to the service and professionalism of planet orange.
We have used Planet Orange for termite control for a few years and we are very happy with it. Because of our connection with Planet Orange, we decided to use them for rodent control when we discovered we had a problem. We are so happy with our Specialist Sophia. She is amazing! She is smart, knowledgeable, professional and has provided outstanding service. She provided us with information about rodents and the best ways to control them. She also found places they were probably accessing our house that we had not thought of. She has been to our home twice and we continue to be impressed. The second visit was part of our continuing contract and she had the “fun” job of removing a HUGE (her words!) dead rat from our attic. I was so happy not to have to deal with that! Bottom line- Sophia is EXCELLENT and I can’t recommend her and Planet Orange highly enough.
We continue to be happy with our Planet Orange service. First off...their products work! We've noticed a decrease in spiders, ants and other crawly bugs. But what I really appreciate is how knowledgable all the technicians are. It was Sophia's first time at our property, she asked good questions about any issues we were having, confirmed what had been done before and if it worked. It was great that she explained what/why she was treating things and the order in which she would work through our house. Her excitement when she found the ant colony - how she treated it - was a sign to me that takes pride in her work and enjoys her job. She was on time, friendly, asked questions and made sure I was satisfied with the areas she treated before leaving. Thank you!
