Absolutely outstanding service! Moe was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair options. The work was done professionally, on time, and at a very fair price. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. My car drives perfectly now. I discovered Plano Lube & Auto Repair one morning leaving a local gym and I’ve been a customer ever since. I stopped in for an oil change and they got me in and out…QUICKLY! And at a reasonable price. My most recent visit included several services and they even cleaned off my engine and everything under the hood. Of course I’ll be back!
I live in Dallas, but try to get my car maintenance done here whenever I can. It's originally my dad's car, so it's really important I can trust whoever is fixing it up. Moe, D, and team have done a great job over the years. They always take you back and explain what's going on with the car. They also recently started sending reports that show the before/after with pictures, further adding to the trust factor. Most recently they fixed up my starter, sparks, bar, and cleaned up the bay. Previous work included lights, wipers, inspection, brakes/rotors, multiple fluids, always solid work. Gives a fair price and works with you if you want to get multiple items done. Appreciate the solid work fellas. God bless.
