This plant shop is really great and has amazing customer service. I called them with less than 24 hour notice to see if I can have plants delivered to my work for my coworkers birthday the next day. They not only delivered it the next day but also delivered it first thing in the morning as I requested. My coworker was thrilled with her new plants. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. I have never visited before but now it's definitely on my list! Thank you for your help! :)
A charming plant shop with amazing service and excellent plant selection. the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to offer sage advice. they also have beneficial insects which are trickier to find and it’s helpful to be able to ask questions from people who have used them on their own plants. the real gem is the handmade pottery which come not only in beautiful patterns, but clever wall and hanging designs for plant lovers who want to display their prized possessions in equally beautiful pots!! All made by the talented owner in their local studio!
Just wanted to update my review after a few months of coming to this store. Every plant I have gotten has been amazing quality and they are thriving even months later. I cannot say enough good things about this store, the products, and staff. I also love the extra gifts you guys carry by local artists. This is my go-to plant nursery!
Best plant store in Ottawa! The people working there are the sweetest—always greeting customers with a friendly hello. I go in frequently and love looking at all the pretty plants. The staff takes great care of them, and it’s nice buying plants knowing they’ve been well cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow plant lovers!
Cutest little plant spot - I always kept walking by, so I decided to go in today and it is absolutely GORGEOUS in there! They have the cutest selection of plants (succulents & vines & cacti). I walked home with a sugar vine that I’ll be putting on my nightstand ☺️ You can select the plant you want and a cute handmade planter perfect for it - they also sell handmade local jewelry and candles & beauty stuff. Staff is super friendly and a HUGE PLUS: they’re dog friendly. I’ll be back!
