Staff members are appropriately hands-off with the children and allow parents and caregivers to address any behavioral or play-related issues. We had my son’s second birthday party at PSM and it was absolutely perfect. Trinity was incredibly professional and helpful and kept the day on track. The kids had the best time! We could not recommend it enough!
We made this an hour pit-stop during a long road trip and my 2 year old and five year old loved every second! It wasn't crowded, everything was very clean and well-organized. The pet shop was my five year olds favorite, the playhouse with baby room was my 2 year olds favorite, and as a family, we spent the most time in the Cafe! We signed waivers online before arriving and bought tickets in advance for the time we knew we would be passing through Ft. Worth. Really pleasant experience!
We love Play Street for our parties. I only wish we had a little longer for the kiddos to play more. But that’s my only selfish complaint!! The staff is always amazing and so helpful!
Had a small birthday party for my son turning 2. He had a blast! The youngest in attendance was 11 months and the oldest was almost 5 years old. They all had a wonderful time. The party was private. The girls that were there to help did pretty much everything. They hung the decorations, cut the cake, and packed everything up starting 15 min before our party time was over. Highly recommend! We will absolutely be using PSM for future birthday parties.
