Set up a mental health appointment for 10/1/2025. Initally called in to set up the appointment, but the phone system suggested for us to set up an appointment via the website. They were also taking a long time to answer the phone. Was able to set up the appointment via the website faster thinking that this was going to be for a psychologist/psychiatrist. At the office learned it was not. They need to fix their phone system and website informing those setting up a mental health appoint will be getting a referral to someone else. That is fine for someone that does not know what a child may need, but they need to make it clear that they may not be able to help and that there will be a referral to a psychologist/psychiatrist. I am very frustrated with the medical industry as well. I take mental health seriously but it does not seem like they do.
Will not be going back here. Took my daughter for a sick appointment. The doctor had no care in the world for my daughter. Didn’t listen to the concerns I had. Blew me off didn’t listen and barely stayed in the room. In and out in about a minute. During that short about of time had her phone ringing. Let her know what I had already been doing to help my daughter get better and non of it was working which is why I was coming in. She shrugged. Literally left with no help and support. I would list the doctors name but she said it so quickly I didn’t even really hear it.
I loved my experience here definitely coming her for all my children! Tiana help me get checked in and answered all my questions she was very helpful an kind and I had Dr. Jackson as my sons dentist he we very calm , gentle and patient with my boy (he has a autism) 10-10 highly recommend for parents of special needs children 🫶🏼💫
Everyone at this location is absolutely AMAZING! Natty at the front desk is so personable! She remembers us every time we come in and always greets us with a smile!! Whenever we leave, she always makes sure to let us know to take care! Best doctors around and the nicest staff!!
My family had a positive experience!! The environment was clean and friendly!! Doctor is professional and straightforward! No sugar coding, which is awesome!! If advice is asked, the doctor is happy to provide adove or feed back!! My kiddos love the stickers and lollipop at the end!! Recommend to communicate and make your appointment for you kiddos!
