I had a clogged toilet line that was causing leaking and they were able to schedule an appointment within two hours. They were responsive, courteous, and reasonably priced. Anthony came out and was friendly, polite and able to resolve my issue very quickly.
I called the day before, after business hours, and was able to get an appointment for the next day scheduled. Technician updated me on his ETA and came at the beginning of the time range provided. He informed us about the issues he saw (it was visibly clogged with dirt and leaves), told us what he would do (blast it and then inspect for any damaged pipes), and gave us the estimate up front. Good communication, good work, good experience.
I came home from work and had roughly 7" of standing water in my basement. Immediately called Plumbing Pals and they were able to send someone out to my house within 45 minutes to pump the water out of my basement. Travas was incredibly helpful and acted quickly to prevent further damages to my basement. He was kind enough to leave his pump at my house for multiple days as I still had water coming into my basement from a nearby water main break. He gave me his personal number and checked in on my situation throughout the next few days which I greatly appreciated. Goes to show that they truly care about their customers. The office staff was also very kind and understanding of my situation. After the main break was finally fixed, they sent a crew back out to install a new water heater which was a very quick and efficient process. Overall, my experience with Plumbing Pals was fantastic and I will definitely use them as my go-to plumber moving forward. 11/10, will recommend them to anyone I know in need of plumbing services :)
Excellent service! Stephan came out to assess my water heater within an hour of me calling in. He walked me through the options for replacement and answered all my questions He gave me reasonable quotes for each option. He completed the removal and installation of the new hot water heater within a few hours. He was also cool with my dog! I will definitely recommend them and would choose them again for my plumbing needs!
We didn’t have much complaint about the plumber himself—he did his job in identifying the leak issue. However, my company experienced one of the worst customer service interactions we’ve had in a long time. After opening the ceiling, the team removed and discarded the drywall pieces, which made restoration much more difficult. When I asked about this, the customer service representative claimed the drywall “crumbled into small pieces” on the spot even without checking with anyone - and which was clearly not the case as seen in the picture. What was most frustrating wasn’t just the issue itself, but the dismissive response. A simple, respectful reply like “we’ll check with the technician and get back to you” would’ve been enough. Instead, I was told to “go read the agreement you signed.” That kind of response shows a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left the impression that this is not a customer-focused business.
