I am pretty late in writing this review but Spark Daddy is amazing. Keely was the person I spoke with on the phone and she was great. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. Shane was the technician that came by and he truly went above and beyond for me and my wife, not to mention the experience and knowledge he has. We will be returning to Spark Daddy for a lot more work in the future.
Scott did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue, iterating through the solution, and providing a fix that will work long term. He was prompt, very courteous, helpful, and great to talk to. Highly recommend Scott and the Spark Daddy team!
Russell was absolutely great! He was punctual, professional, and his expertise in electrical work really stood out. Since I’m out of state, I greatly appreciated the detailed photos he provided, which kept me updated and gave me peace of mind. His communication and professionalism were top-notch. The photos and receipts were provided without me having to ask for them. I highly recommend Russell for any electrical work. I also recommend Spark Daddy since they were able to get me in on short notice (same day). I cannot thank this company enough and I will definitely use them again.
I can’t say enough great thing about Eddie from Spark Daddy!!! I am a caregiver of a Hospice patient. Her electric was old and needed a complete update before she could safely go back to her home. Eddie came in on Monday and gave us a bid. On Friday he was working to make everything safe again! I mentioned it was the patients Bday that day and glad she would get to come home. This is what he left on her front door so when we arrived she got a surprise and it sure brought a smile to her face in a bad time of her life! Eddie from Spark Daddy was not just professional in his work but also compassionate and caring!!! What an added bonus!!!
Steve was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and easy to understand. He explained everything and was very friendly and kind. Both he and Dakota did more than I expected. I look forward to working with them in the future.
