I recently had a leaky outdoor faucet, and this plumbing company was a lifesaver! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and efficient. The team was also super friendly and personable—they made the whole process stress-free and even took the time to explain what was going on. These guys are great! I was dealing with my shower drain almost flooding my bathroom and they were able to help fix the issue. On the phone, Donae was especially awesome! I was panicking a bit and she was patient, cool-headed and knowledgeable. She was able to route one of their technicians over in under an hour. She's an angel!
Our hot water heater stopped working at some point overnight. I called Power Plumbing early this morning and, despite already being heavily booked for the day, they were able to fit us in. Dominic called when he was on his way, and by mid-morning our hot water heater was back up and running. Dominic was very thorough and professional, and given that ours was an ASAP emergency call, the fee was still reasonable. We are going with his recommendation to replace the water heater (it’s well past its prime), and we definitely will have them do the work. Highly recommend this company!
