What an Awesome Team of professionals! From the front desk staff to the x-ray tech and then Dr. Christian. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I am normally anxious but with Dr. Christian I was not. He is so pleasant and knowledgeable, he put me right at ease. If you are looking for a great dental team, choose Precision Family Dental. I HIGHLY recommend them.
My experience with Dr Adam has been absolutely fantastic. My procedure went better than I could have hoped for. The level of attention to detail and holistic care from Dr Adam and his team has been fabulous. I am so grateful for him and his talented team! Dr. Piotrowski and Dr. Christian at Precision Family dental are wonderful! Taylor the hygienist is also phenomenal at her job! They answered all my questions and made sure I was informed with my care. They made sure things were right and went above and beyond to help. Our kids had wonderful experiences there too. The office truly cares about children and what is best for them. We appreciate the holistic approach and peace of mind knowing safer options for dental care are available for our family.
My experience with PFD has largely been a good one. Recently however I waited weeks for a cleaning and must cancel within 48 hours of my appointment if I don't want to be charged $150, but when I arrived I was told I was overdue so they only did x-rays and checked my teeth and tried to reschedule my cleaning for the following day when I already had other appointments. Rather than giving me the service that I had an appointment for they build me for that day and then tried to schedule me for the following day to Bill me again. My insurance only pays a certain amount per year for dental care and I feel like I did not need to be billed twice for one scheduled service. They also do not include anesthetics like nitrous oxide and they also promote using laser technology which are both out-of-pocket costs even though my insurance pays for anesthesia. Perhaps it's time to find a dentist with all inclusive service that doesn't try to get two appointments paid for by insurance for the same service.
