Absolutely AMAZING. If I could give more stars I would. Both valves that should turn off water supply to our fridge were not working/leaking and we had no water on at all to avoid water damage. Within 1 hr Luis was at our place (we are located over 30min from the office) and he evaluated the situation, stopped the leak so that we had water again and returned with equipment that gave us separate control over the fridge and sink water supply. He is very knowledgeable, detailed and amazingly efficient. He also told me about a future issue to keep an eye on until we can get some more work done on the plumbing to avoid future problems. If I could give more stars I would. Incredible job, couldn't be happier. Also their customer service was very thorough sending me texts and reaching out about when a tech would come and when the work was completed.
From scheduling to service everything was so pleasant! The plumber, Mark, was the best. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell products on us. That is important to us because with past companies we always felt that we request a service and all they want to do is have you purchase newer equipment or add costly additions. Mark was efficient and got the work done that we requested. We would definitely request Mark for future plumbing needs and highly recommend him with Precision Plumbing.
I've worked with Precision Plumbing a couple of times and both times the technicians have gone above and beyond to help me solve my issues. Donald was extremely helpful and knowledgable in solving my drainage issues and i really appreciated his help. Great team and company to rely on! 10/10 highly recommend.
UPDATE- Have had a second issue with a toilet base leak and Tim was dispatched to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to explain what was the source of the leak and did an awesome job of replacing the needed parts within an hour. This is definitely my ‘go-to’ service provider for all things related to plumbing! Precision Plumbing had Sean dispatched to my home within an hour of my call. I had a leaky bathroom faucet which Sean was able to identify a range options for fixing or replacing. Sean looked for replacement parts but found the item was discontinued and warranty parts no longer available. I texted him the dimensions of a replacement faucet I bought to make sure he could install it. Within 24 hours he was back and swapped out two matching bathroom faucets. What makes this company amazing is that they did not stop working with me until I had exactly what I needed. You get Professionalism, Integrity, and a guarantee behind their service. And they give a free estimate which I found to be fair and competitive.
We reached out to Precision Plumbing as we recently got a new stove & the installers could not get it to go back to the wall far enough Melvin Guerra was our technician & it took him no time at all to get us the desired result! Melvin was very friendly & helpful! A+++ service!
