Michael arrived at my property assuring of their 10 year paint guarantee with 2 years service warranty. PVC sheets were wrapped around the exterior to prevent overspray. I was assured the biocide would terminate Algae and Lichen after which they would return in a few weeks to allow the treatment to work. Michael, his Dad & brother returned and painted my roofs in 1x day, our white UPVC guttering was over sprayed with black paint. I complained to Michael, he informed white spirits would remove the paint! I made it clear, it was not my responsibility to climb the roofs and fix their mess but he expressed how they were finished and left with full payment. 1 year later Algae and Lichen returned of which Michael and his brother returned for 1x day and informed me the job was again complete. 9x months and the same issues returned. Michael now trades under 'Precision Roofing Specialists' and ignores all communication
Michael and the team did an excellent work on my extention's roof. They were quick, efficient and excellent communicators. Great value for money.
Just had our roof replaced by Michael and his team, superb job. Couldn't fault them. The job was done in four days with minimal disturbance and they tidied up afterwards. Kept up to date the whole way through. Very professional. Would definitely recommend 👌. Thanks gents
Michael and his team carried out a fantastic repair and upgrade of our roof to a dry ridge system. Michael kept us well-informed about the process and took photos to show the progress. Excellent communication throughout the job and extremely tidy, we would highly recommend Precision Roofing.
Michael and his team were professional and completed the job to a high standard, and I highly recommend their services. They insulated my roofspace, fitted new guttering and drainage, and were honest and upfront about costs, even reducing the final bill when the job wasn't as complicated as predicted. A very trustworthy business who I would use again.
Difficult job due to skylight location but carried out professionally and competently without fuss. Would certainly recommend Precision Roofing for any work needing done on your roof.
