The prompt and knowledgeable service was top notch! Tyler was a great technician, walked me through what he was doing amd answered all questions like a pro. The customer service not being sales forward was greatly appreciated, looking forward to Premier Heating and Air taking care of our HVAC needs and maintenance!
Top notch service from Premier. I called them the day after Thanksgiving and they were able to fit me in on a busy weekend. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Angel came out, diagnosed the issue with my heating and quickly provided me with a solution. The control board on my unit was bad. He was able to come out the following afternoon and replace the control board for me. They were extremely competitive with their pricing. Also, Angel is the man. He provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely professional and extremely transparent. I will absolutely be using Premier for all future HVAC needs.
Premier Heating and Air is a excellent company. I needed a new HVAC and met with Mr. Dennis to choose my new unit. I had researched other companies before this and they all recommended à 3 ton unit. They were all guessing the square feet. Mr. Dennis had the exact square footage and recommended a 2 ton unit, which saved us money. Great company from start to finish.
After much research on heatpump package units,brands,ratings,cost,as well as local companies,receiving several estimates,we settled on Premier Heating & Air, after conversations with the top contenders for replacement of our very old unit. Dennis,our estimater, was knowledgeable and thorough and understanding our wants/needs. He was able to get us a good unit at,what we feel,a reasonable cost to us. Installation is now complete, in a timely manner by Anthony & Blake, both knowledgeable,professional and polite. Good cleanup when done. Sheila, in the office, was nice and helpful when I would call.
Tyler came in and helped assess the situation and helped me make the most informed decision, even as I compared my options. He was kind, professional and personable. Thanks for sending Tyler! Dennis is a very helpful customer service rep that helped us get the financing done easy. The following day their technicians Angel and Zach did a wonderful job installing it all in one day. I was shocked. The owners a great dude I couldn’t be happier having went with them.
