After years of discussing putting in a pool and consulting with a number contractors. Ultimately we chose Premier Pools and Spas of Sacramento and we are so happy we did. The pool/spa turned out to exceed our highest expectations! Our designer, Louie and our project supervisor, Reuben, were simply outstanding. The subcontractors utilized by Premier for excavation, decking (concrete), etc were equally outstanding. The crews for every aspect of the build are beyond reproach. Premier has our highest recommendation. Thank you for giving us the sanctuary we have always been searching for!!
We absolutely love our new oasis! It was fate that brought us to Ryan at PPAS. He was my best friend’s designer 10 yrs ago and still doing great work. We called and could have been assigned to any of their great people, then we found out it was Ryan! The design of our pool was absolutely what we pictured! Their crews were approachable and almost shocking at how efficient they were at their profession. Now we need to work on making the rest of our yard as great as our pool!
Getting into a backyard project can be daunting, regardless of how big or small the project is, let alone a pool project! Working with PPS was great, Stefan was a good collaborator he listened to our needs and wants for the design and made them happened! Ruben was great as well, he made sure we are aware of what’s happening everyday during the timeline of the project. They both made an overwhelming task seem like a breeze. The timeframe was also surprisingly fast. What we thought would take long only took less than 2 months! Our pool and backyard look amazing! Once our entire landscaping is complete it would look exquisite! The entire PPS team was great! From the scheduling, design team even our pool school educator Justin was thorough and wonderful! We highly recommend the company!
Our experience from start to finish was amazing! Our salesperson Nathan was always friendly and knowledgeable, and he answered our many questions quickly. He helped guide us every step of the way. Ruben and his crew could not have been better on-site. Everything was on time and as promised. The crew was skilled and took pride in their work. We would definitely recommend Premier to anyone who is considering building a pool. They are awesome!
Our experience with Premier Pool and Spa was excellent, start to finish. We had reached out to a few pool builders but none provided quotes for projects that met what we wanted. Steve (sales) was responsive, knowledgeable and helped design something we really wanted. Working with Steve and Teo (construction foreman) was a pleasure and they, along with all the rest of the Premier Pool team, helped make the project go smoothly. Communication from the Premier Pool team was clear and prompt and if we had any questions or concerns, response was prompt. All the various construction crews were talented and punctual and did a great job at each stage of the project. The end result is a beautiful, high quality swimming pool that exceeded our expectations. The build was also completed within the estimated duration. Premier Pool was also great about coordinating an orientation for care and equipment operation along with initial maintenance and setup. There was no guessing and we are very pleased with our overall experience.
