Premier roofing helped us out very quickly after a hail storm and we couldn't be happier. Alec and the team communicated with our insurance company and explained the process so well throughout. Totally positive experience. Our roof was replaced due to a hailstorm in September of 2025. Zach Lambert, our field rep was great. He inspected the roof, coordinated with our insurance company and followed up afterwards. Communication was great all around. Roofing crew was efficient and completed the job in one day. Minimal debris and nail cleanup afterwards.
I would highly recommend Premier Roofing Company if you need a roof replacement in Colorado Springs. Nolan in particular was great to work with. He worked directly with the insurance adjustor to make sure that the hail damage to the roof was properly accounted for and worked directly with me through an out-of-pocket contract agreement that lessened my cost burden due to non-recoverable depreciation. Premier worked with me to schedule the roof replacement for a date when I was out of town and did a very high-quality job. They also worked to put me into a Class 3 impact-resistant shingle, which resulted in a substantial reduction in my homeowner's insurance premiums.
Our experience with Premier roofing was nothing less than stellar! Our initial point of contact was with Tony Tromba and he was amazing. Our roof had been damaged by hail so as you can imagine there were a lot of people that came to the house trying to bid for the job. Tony’s professionalism, demeanor, and attention to detail was what sold us on Premiere. We also have solar on the roof and they were able to handle that as well. From beginning to end, the project went extremely well. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, alleviating us of any of that headache.Their crew was amazing. No nails were left on our driveway. No trash was left behind. The project began when they said it would. If it wasn’t for the weather, they would’ve had the roof done in one day. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Bravo Premier.
