I’ve been filing with Bianca for going on 3 years , her customer service ethic is usually superb ! When I first called to set up my appointment she gave me her number personally because she explained the old location had been burned down (they hadn’t remodified they’re address on the website yet) , my son pulverized my phone and I misplaced her cell , after wards I called leading up to my appointment to just ask “what time is my appointment “ to which her desk receptionist responded very condescendingly “I don’t have her book “ , “ you’ll have to call when she gets in “ I asked for her cell again to which she told me abrasively “ Bianca has had a long night im not fs if she’s taking personal calls “ 🤔She then said we can push the appointment back to 3:30 and if she comes in before then I’ll call u “I tried to call again to which they’re was no answer and when someone finally did pick up they said “she’s left early for the day “ . I called the next day to explain to Bianca about the appointment misconception and her attitude was rude she said her soonest appointment was for Monday after confirming before I could say Thankyou and goodbye the phone hung up . Upon coming into my appointment I was not greeted properly my appointment was for 12 noon I arrived 5 minutes late and Bianca still had clients in front of me after she was done (a 30 minute inconvenience ) I informed her of my appointment and she abruptly disregarded it stating “ MHM WELL THEYRE IS ONE MORE PERSON IN FRONT OF U “ I responded “okay “(with a smile ) she then replies back vigorously “ ALRIGHT “ with a little snap in her tone I watched as her coworkers all smile simultaneously and snicker as if they’re was some seclusive joke about me ,she then proceeded to get lunch from a coworker ( inconveniencing me another half an hour ) and eating it right in front of me . It was the most unprofessional and scrutinized experience I have ever endevoured . I followed policy scheduling an appointment just to have to wait an extra hour and watch her eat . I have never had this experience before but I will not be returning back she also stated she only charges $450 flat , when it is a 20$ docking processing fee as well as another $149 Transmitter fee and an addition disbursement fee torwards pathways aswell her software system . I hadn’t known I was charged this much every year . She gets the job done and fast but this experience was not worth how much she charges . Best regards
They’re very professional and organized. This was my first time going there and I’m impressed. Year number two now and I must say I love it here! You guys better come join the winning team. They’re good at what they do and you’re definitely going to get the maximum refund🤑
First time using this tax shop and I must say it was bliss being there with the beautiful women that work here. Very personable, professional and highly recommend. Angel did my taxes and got me my MAX refund and the process wasn’t uncomfortable like with bigger known companies. 10/10 experience. If you’re looking to use premier taxes services don’t look any further. HURRY UP and GO!
I always have a pleasant experience here. The ladies are all very nice and they take good care of you. This is my second year having Bianca as my tax preparer and I will be coming to see her every year. She's very efficient, thorough and your done in no time.
The service that I received was very professional. This year was my first time and it's not going to be my last.
