I've been seeing Dylan, Joyce and Zeke since May of this year. This is the first time a team has worked consistently to help me identify some underlying issues causing chronic pain. They were even able to get me in last minute on really 'ruff' days. I felt like I was able to enjoy life a lot more this year.
Hands down the best physical therapy clinic around. They’re open late and even one Saturday a month, which makes scheduling a breeze. The therapists are top-notch, the front desk team is friendly and organized, and—bonus—they have an adorable therapy dog who’ll make your day. Yes, a dog. If you need PT, this is the place. 100% recommend.
Premier Therapy has the best employees ever. They make you feel better and they listen to you. They help my body and mind feel better. I would refer anyone to them for peace of mind and healing!
I've worked with five PT establishments in the past five years. Some were OK and some were not. When there were problems it was usually because they were treating like a generic patient, pushing the same exercises they give everyone with the same condition, not listening to me. Premier PT has been the best PT experience I've ever had. I worked exclusively with Dylan. He actually listened to me and adapted a program that worked around my problem areas. He also accommodated my special needs that other establishments ignored even when I asked them for help. Many or most therapists I have worked with have their own rigid philosophy for therapy and have trouble adapting to something that deviates from it even when it doesn't work for an individual. I appreciate how Dylan is open to many approaches and was able to find a routine that worked for my lumbar and pelvic pain. He was also very assessable for questions in between appointments. Although I didn't work with any other therapist I gather from observation that all are excellent at this establishment. I won't go anywhere else in the future.
I just finished physical therapy for my right knee replacement. Dylan and Joyce cheerfully worked with me through all the peaks and valleys of my recovery. They were consistently friendly, positive, encouraging and so knowledgeable!!!!I looked forward to going every single time because of their welcoming ways. They gave me printouts of follow-up exercises so that I can continue progressing at home. I will miss them and the other staff members so much! So much, in fact, I almost want to get my left knee replaced! A plus!
