I needed to have a 250 sq ft section of flat roof rebuilt to prevent leaks into my garage during heavy rain storms. This section was trouble from the original construction. Premium Roofing scheduled me for Tuesday before Thanksgiving but rain caused havoc with their schedule. They asked to come at 7am Thanksgiving Day which was fine with me. They completed the job by midafternoon. The roof was beautiful but I did not get the drain I was told would be used. They explained a technical reason came up when the old roof was removed which could not have been anticipated by the estimator. They offered to rebuild the drain at their expense which sounded like major additional work. I was really impressed by that. But I ended up declining because the drain they gave me was ugly but functional. After discussion, we decided to put a cage over it which fixed what was really just a cosmetic problem. I liked the estimator, I liked the crew, I liked the crew's supervisor and I liked the person who handled my concern about the drain. Their willingness to rebuild that drain on their time leads me to state, emphatically, if you have a roofing problem, you should call Premium Roofing. You can trust them to do it right, and at the right price.
This was by far our best experience with a contractor company working on a large-scale project! When you need a new roof with serious repair, Premium Roofing is exceptional in their field. Good management and excellent service, from initial quote to completion. Special gratitude to project manager Manny for his attention to details, and the rest of the team for professional work, finishing on time, and for keeping our property clean- 10 stars! Premium Roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The crew that installed my roof was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The installation was flawless, and they handled the cleanup thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. On top of the great workmanship, the price was very reasonable. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Premium Roofing to anyone in need of quality roofing services.
I did as every diligent consumer should do. I started early and had at least three evaluations and estimates done a year ago. One of the companies was Premium Roofing. The estimator at the time carefully looked over the roof and asked me why I was considering a new roof. I said I think it’s time. He said you have time on this roof but we will reroof it is you want. So I let it go till this year. Once again I sought three estimates one of them from the last year’s honest company. Premium Roofing. I called the office and talked with someone extensively. Little did I know that was the owner. Well the honesty he provided was in line with his estimator. More than that the time he gave me was impressive. This year’s estimator was also as honest, helpful and even provided guidance again without any sales pressure. The work was scheduled. The workers arrived on time one even a bit early but very respectful. They proceeded to work then a project manager arrived to make sure all was going well and as per the contract also to check and see if I was happy so far. The attention to detail was so nice to see. They even painted my metal chimney to closely match the new roof including duct and roof pipes. Something that wasn’t in the contract. I had another project manager stop by to do a follow up. Again the entire team performed very well and completed the job as expected and within the time frame they claimed it would be done.
In all aspects from beginning to end of my new roof installation, Premium Roofing company have been professional in providing the best quality of service and materials. I would recommend their company as being the best family owned Roofing company in the business. They are all a wonderful crew from owners to managers to lead foreman and supporting crew.
