Excellent service. Adi was incredibly helpful and talked me through the solution over the phone even on Thanksgiving. Kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Fantastic work! Paul was super kind and straight forwarded about the work intended. Our cooling was completely busted in several units. He & his crew got it back to working in tip top shape. Definitely a great service, will recommend.
Our AC broke in the middle of moving day (ugh) and our condo was 85 degrees. We called several places that couldn’t send someone on such short notice. Then we called Presidential. Adi picked up immediately and was at our place within 20 minutes. He identified the problem and fixed it ten minutes later. He was was very friendly and professional. We are so grateful for the excellent service!
I highly recommend Adi and Presidential HVAC. Adi works so hard and is genuinely interested in taking care of people. It is very difficult to find someone to do small repairs vs install a new system. Adi understands that. While he seems to work 70-hour weeks on those big jobs he still makes time to help those of us in desperate need during a heat wave. He is a whiz with Mitsubishi ACs and is also reasonably priced. I will be forever grateful for this good-hearted, hardworking guy!
After my central AC unit stopped blowing cold air, I initially went with a different HVAC company that charged a steep price just to clean the condenser - an expensive fix that didn’t even solve the issue. They then quoted another steep fee for a leak search and system recharge, which didn’t sit right with me. That’s when I decided to look elsewhere and found Presidential HVAC—and I’m so glad I did. Even during the peak of summer, they were able to fit me in within just a few days. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me useful maintenance tips along the way. I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services. What really stood out was how fair and transparent the pricing was - by far the most reasonable I’ve seen in Boston. It’s clear that Presidential HVAC genuinely cares about their customers. They focus on fixing the problem and doing it right, not on squeezing every dollar out of the visit like so many others. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.
