What we really appreciated was how honest and objective his advice was — he clearly explained the options without pushing unnecessary repairs. I cannot fault Prestige Auto Body Shop in any way. From my very first contact with them regarding the repairs, right through to today when they kindly organised to pick me up from the hire car company, the entire experience was exceptional. My car was returned beautifully repaired and immaculately clean, and every person I dealt with was friendly, kind and extremely professional. Their communication and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Body Shop to anyone looking for vehicle repairs or detailing of the highest standard. The team at Prestige Auto is amazing. Everyone on the team was extremely professional and talented. They sourced genuine parts from Korea for the Genesis, and finished repairs ahead of schedule as well. They went truly above and beyond with the repairs and customer service. They also had great communication throughout the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough. I would recommend that you go through them in order to book the repairs with your insurance company so that they can fix your car.
Angela, Chris and the team are just fantastic. I've used Prestige for 2 significant not at fault repairs to my VW Golf. Angela was so supportive with the claims process and went to bat on my behalf when needed. Repairs were done to an extremely high standard and the car itself was cleaned so meticulously that it was like I had just purchased it. Highly recommend if you want quality work and a supportive team.
Just recently had my car fixed with Prestige and am so happy with how everything went. We chose Prestige Auto through looking at previous reviews and they did not disappoint! I dealt with Chris who was a massive help, from dealing with the insurer to organising a hire and assuring me my car would be good as new and it was. Cant recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!
