I have always avoided gyms but made up my mind that if I was going to « lift heavy » to maintain my strength and optimize my balance and mobility, I had to bite the bullet and go to a gym and have the support of a trainer. With Leslie’s guidance and the commanderie of the other two women in the training group, I feel that I am building the strength and community that I have been looking for. I am a member of the virtual gym and love it. It is manageable and realistic for me to do 3x 30 minute workouts a week. Especially when I can do the replay when it is convenient for me and can do them anywhere. Leslie is great at motivating the group and encouraging us to challenge/push ourselves to get the most out of the workouts.
