Darian helped me with my MacBook Pro and the installation of windows and the configuration for my software. It was a very custom troubleshooting and it requires a good technician. Prime Tech has the best technicians in Miami, they also work in English and Spanish. I really recommend Prime Tech for any configuration you need for your Mac or windows computer.

Excellent service, very efficient, happy with them I high recommend them.because I worked with them in 2017 and now I am back for a fourth service with a newer computer. They explained how to sync my MacBook with my iCloud and explained how to update the email on my phone wit a new email to connect to iCloud as well. Highly recommended, the people here are very knowledgeable and helpful
This is been the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful experience I’ve ever had working with IT technicians. Yesterday, my computer completely blew out, and my motherboard was completely fried. I thought I was gonna lose all my data needed to run my business. The first Tech store I went to said without the computer being able to operate I would not be able to get the data off of it. I then brought it here and worked with Darian and he was not only sure he could transfer it, but also did so in the exact same day I brought it over. And then upon pick up even helped me set up apps and other software that would be needed for the computer to be fully operational at the moment when I walked out the door. This is a FANTASTIC company, and I assure you I will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone in the market. Thank you guys and Darian especially you guys are world class!
My computer had started running very slow, making me wait a long time just to open a website or send a document to the printer. I had worked with Prime Tech before, so I didn’t hesitate to reach out to them again. They responded very quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and immediately took action to resolve it. Excellent service, fair prices, and very professional. Highly recommended!
