Great service great price brand new tire
Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE! I went there last summer to purchase four Continental tires for my WRX the sales guy said get the fortune tires because they have a 45,000 mile warranty. Within 4 months, One of the tires popped and not because of a nail or anything. Took it back to them and they said they don't cover it under warranty because road hazards are not covered. I bought a used tire then went home and did some research and fortune's website themselves say that road hazards are covered and I was within the allotted time. 2 months later another tire popped. again, Not for any road hazards, Just bad quality. Went back to the same shop and this time they took my tire and said they'll send it back to the factory for the warranty. 3 months later a third tire popped. I messaged the owner of the shop and I said what happened with the previous tire. They said oh they won't cover it because they said it was a road hazard. Come to find out they sent it to their distributor and not factory. Now today when the third tire popped, we've been going back and forth for almost an hour and the guys are denying any liability for warranty. I've attached pictures to prove that they are liable. Do not go here!!! Everyone that is giving them five stars is because they're doing what they are supposed to do as a business. Judge them by how they problem solve
