Mark at Prodigy Sewer & Drain was a joy to work with. Not only was he helpful in diagnosing my problem, he had technology readily available to provide multiple options in how to attack the issue. If someone had a need for diagnosis, descaling, hydro-jetting, or pipe lining, I doubt there's anyone better to work with in Middle TN and I'm not sure other companies have the modern equipment he has to tackle tough problems or hard-to-get-to pipes without major demo. When I left a message, he responded quickly and was super helpful, considerate, and very professional, even down to shoe coverings when entering my home. If you have a plumbing issue, I would definitely consider Prodigy.

Prodigy quickly figured out the best way to switch us to a tankless water heater and filtration system. They planned the install so we had little downtime (we had hot water overnight on our old system!), and the crew listened to our input and explained the pros and cons clearly. Neat and clean install! Great service—highly recommend!
