Horrible communication constant battles trying to get everything done in a timely manner while being extremely overpriced for the service they provide. Had to wait double the time for my certificate with no refund. There was a problem with my online 24 hr portion that never got fixed.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I signed up and paid over $350 around September/October. I passed the online test and then had to wait one full month just to get an appointment. I clearly explained that we live in a certain area, and they told us it was “hard to find drivers,” so they suggested meeting in a middle location. We agreed and were willing to drive there. The appointment they gave was 1.5 months later. Then, ONE DAY before the appointment in December, they suddenly canceled, claiming there was no driver available. How does that make any sense? You schedule something more than a month in advance and only realize there’s no driver the day before? After that, I contacted them multiple times via text and calls. I even gave them specific dates because I was traveling abroad. No response. No reschedule. Nothing. From December until now, I have heard absolutely nothing. Their website shows no available appointments, so I can’t even book it myself. Because of them i book other place and spend my money !
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On July 31st I was double charged $492 because of a payment processing error. I was then told it was my fault but they would refund me in 12 business days. Come 13 business days I still had no refund. So I asked again and they insisted it was my fault again. So I went to the Ohio BBB and filed a complaint which they never responded to. Then i figured I’ll go to my bank and dispute the charge- this is now 30 days after my initial double payment. Meanwhile, I was told they had lessons on the weekend- they do not. Then I was told he would get 2 hours of driving time each session- they sat in a dealership waiting for the car to get fixed. Then I have my son finish the lessons and now they won’t process the paperwork to get his in cars verified because I was supposed to pay extra for filing. Are you kidding me??? And the whole time conversation between the business owner has been agitating and demeaning.
I would caution others before enrolling with this organization. Communication has been inconsistent, and inquiries are not addressed in a timely manner. We were asked to resubmit the same documentation several times, which delayed the scheduling process by nearly a month. Despite multiple confirmations of the pick-up address for the first lesson, the instructor did not have the correct information. After waiting nearly 20 minutes and attempting to clarify the situation, I was informed that the instructor was running 30 minutes late. Ultimately, the instructor never arrived, as the lesson was canceled due to rain. Following this, I received no follow-up communication for several days regarding rescheduling. When I finally reached a representative by phone, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was met with laughter instead of professionalism. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I would encourage others to proceed with caution.
I have two daughters who recently took courses here—my 17-year-old completed the 24-hour online course, and my 18-year-old took the abbreviated adult course. Both classes were easy to navigate and very user-friendly. When it was time to purchase the certificates, Kelly was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to accommodate my family, making sure we received the certificates quickly. This allowed one daughter to begin her in-car driving lessons and the other to schedule her driving test without delay. I would definitely recommend this driving school and will be using them again in the future!
