We are repeat customers of Mary because she is simply amazing. She is extremely attentive and responsible, and truly cares for the pets she looks after. She sends you detailed daily updates with tons of pictures, and follows any special instructions you may have for the care of your furballs. She even watered my plants when I asked her for that favor! Simply put, she’s the best cat sitter we could have asked for.
Mary might have a missed calling as a pet photographer, and I greatly appreciate how she keeps in touch and sends photos at each visit. It's hard to trust someone with my fur baby, and Mary has been superb to work with while I'm away from home. Trustworthy, communicative, reliable. Mary is absolutely amazing! She made the whole process so easy. Her communication is top tier, and I felt comfortable the whole time away on vacation while she was checking on my cat. She texts pictures everyday from when she visited! Mary will do your entire routine schedule with your cat (feeding, brushing, playing, litter box etc). I will be using her cat sitting services again in the future!
Mary recently cared for our cats Boris and Mango for a week and she did an outstanding job in all aspects! We are so glad to have found someone like Mary, because it truly felt like a trusted family member was watching our home and our cats. We found Mary's services online, and we were impressed with the exceptional reviews she has gotten over the years. We arranged to meet Mary and we were quickly put at ease as we developed a great sense of trust. Mary is very professional, articulate, and she asked all of the right questions in determining a plan for caring for our cats. All email, text and phone communications were a breeze, as Mary is very timely and thoughtful with her responses. Our cats really warmed up to Mary, and it was apparent she built a special bond with them. Each day she provided numerous pictures of them as they lounged happily in all of their favorite spots around the house. We really appreciated that peace of mind while we were gone, and her detailed updates and pictures really put us at ease. She was very affectionate toward our cats and mentioned that they enjoyed receiving brushing, petting, etc. Mary also carefully followed all of the detailed instructions we provided for their feeding routines and everything else. It was such a relief to find someone trustworthy to care for our cats just like we would. We will definitely be regular customers for years to come!
