Technician came out the same morning I called and diagnosed the problem immediately. The 2006 motor's life had had it. The new motor installed is so nice and quiet. He checked out the whole system and said everything else is good. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me anything else. He was friendly, work quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up when he was done. Great business!

Quick to return my call, arrived on time, work was performed very quickly, paperwork filled out correctly, no mess of any kind. Door works amazingly. I recommend Kevin Kephart to anyone. Austin is a knowledgeable and efficient technician. My garage door motor was nearly 10 years old and having problems. He informed me of the options and itemized the cost. I decided to purchase a new motor/installation. He made time to complete the installation, faster than initially planned. He provided some quick and simple instructions for me to program remote openers that were in my vehicles. I'm 100% satisfied with Quality Garage Door Repairs and the service Austin provided. What a professional experience! The spring on our garage door failed, and we had no idea what to do. We called Quality Garage Door Repairs, and not only did they send a technician out within an hour, Austin was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell us, and he even suggested waiting on a few repairs. He had everything up and running within an hour. The cherry on top was we needed to replace our rubber seal on the bottom of the door. Austin not only ran out and got the correct part, but he came back and replaced our seal the same day. What a solid and trustworthy company--they really go above and beyond to ensure they are providing QUALITY service! Thank you!
