I'm so glad I picked Quality Removals for my recent move in Canberra! They made the whole process much less stressful. From my first call, the team was great at communicating. The office staff was friendly and clear about everything, including the price. No surprises, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time. They were super professional and efficient. You could tell they knew what they were doing! They took really good care of all my stuff. Any furniture that needed it was taken apart and put back together quickly and perfectly. They were all really polite and respectful, too. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you need movers who are reliable, fast, and genuinely nice, pick Quality Removals. They did an amazing job!
Beware getting 2 men when you are paying by the hour! $2,900 total......when grace brothers quoted 3 men, 5 hours and $4000. God dammit. We are 2 adults in a 3 bedroom unit. Two disassembled beds. Big fridge, small fridge. 2 x 2 seaters. And usual stuff for 2 people. Not even a family of 4! They left a truck loads worth behind. I have hired a small truck myself to move the rest. We helped them in the end carry boxes as it was 5 pm and they arrived at 8 am. One lay down with cramp for 30 minutes. It wasn't a quality removers truck. It was a beat up old thing. I suspect they are subcontracting. Go with professional movers.
Prompt and on time. Toby and Gabriel were polite, hard working and very professional. Made quick work of our apartment and nothing was too much trouble. I loved they offered to rearrange furniture at the new place if we wanted. Would definitely use again. Well priced in line with other quotes.
