My 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid was hit on the side by a semi. It messed up the right side from the front to the bumper. It took this shop 3 months to repair it, from early January 2025 to end of March. They did a good job with the paint and made it look new; however, the trunk has a big gap on the right side and air gets in from the front passenger door. I took it back a few times to check on the door, but they couldn't fix it. What I've been told is they did not fix the frame and that's the reason why air is coming in. I think they're good with fixing small to medium repairs, but nothing major. Update: Now you get 1 star for insulting my intelligence when I gave you the facts. Now I'm going to bring up your terrible customer service. I had to call multiple times when your rep would say she would call back but never did. I called once to ask if my insurance approved the repairs, but was told they are still looking at it. I called two weeks later and still the same answer. So I called my insurance and they said they never got anything from you guys. Guess what? Your rep forgot to submit it! I will never bring my car back to your place because you are unprofessional and wasted my time. Your invoice and rep said multiple times the frame needed to be repaired. That's why there's air coming from the side door and the reason why the trunk has a gap! Why would I bring my car back in, waste more of my time and money? I'll take it someplace else who knows what they're doing. Pics to show the left and right side of the trunk. Gross gap on the right. Stand by your work...sure!
Amazing experience. Got t-boned in our charger, took the quote from the party at fault’s insurance and took it here. They said no problem, we got in our rental and dropped off. Great communication good work on the car. No funny stuff. Just business. Got my car back very quickly and clean inside and out. Thanks Nick and QS team.
They did an amazing job after my accident. I was stressed about how much this would cost, when my car would be finished, and if they had financial options? They kept me updated the entire process. The front staff was friendly and made me feel like I was a priority. They fixed the damages and my car looks new, at least from the rear 😅 they cleaned up the inside of my car and gave me complimentary car scratch liquid for future use. They finished my car in about 2 weeks and I was able to use a financial option to pay the rest that insurance was not able to cover, the deductible. Amazing and will return for future repairs and maintenance.
I wish I could give 10 stars to Quality Star Auto. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I first was serviced by them last year. They took care of me and were sympathetic with my needs, addressing all of my concerns. If they weren't able to repair my truck timely, they provided me with a substitute vehicle. Just recently, I brought my truck in for an oil change, when I picked it up, to my surprise, my foggy headlights looked sparkling new and my truck was cleaned. It looks like a brand new truck! I'm ecstatic! Thank you Quality Star! You have a loyal customer in me. I have recommended you to my family too.
