Queen of Hearts CPR is most definitely the very best in Training how to save lives. Their life-saving skills training is top draw. I took CPR/AED and the instructor Lesyle Cavazos is what a CPR/AED instructor ought to be simply end of story. She demonstrated high quality professionalism and made the class fun. The training class was pleasant and had the right equipment. I truly recommend anyone interest in life saving skills training to reach out to Lesyle and Anna Rogers who is AMAZZZZZZIIIIIIIIIING in knowing her stuff and deserve all the credits. Luis Cordon is an exceptional instructor, always available to answer questions, provide extra support, learning tips, and offer guidance when needed. Luis is an excellent instructor. The class went by quickly. But he made sure there was no chance of us leaving with any question, concern, or doubt. I have the confidence, knowledge and skills to save a life. Absolutely invaluable! Just to mention I was almost 20 minutes late for the class, he did listened to my request & he let me attend it and played the missed part again. So grateful!! Thanks Luis. Highly recommend queen of hearts CPR.

I just took a BLS course here and it was very thorough and I was able to easily understand all the life saving techniques in the event I ever encounter one. The facility is clean and comfortable. Luis is a great instructor that provides a comprehensive course and easy to digest as he reviews with the class after each key point.

Wonderful experience, my instructors name was Will and he was delightful. It was easy to book a class, reminders were sent prior to the appointment. I'll return again when I need to renew my BLS.
