If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my 9-week-old Cavapoo, Leo, to Queens Crescent Vet while he was still walking, drinking water, breathing normally, had no high fever, and his gums were healthy.they told me that he need an intensive care which is very expensive like thousands or to put him down . When I asked if blood work could be done to find out what was wrong because in hospital they told me he maybe have parasites I was told there was no test that could show what had happened. Based on that, we agreed on treatment with antibiotics, IV fluids, and syringe feeding for £300, rather than putting him down immediately. I left him in their care, hoping the treatment would help. While trying to call for updates, I was often told the staff were too busy to speak. Later, I was called at 5 PM and told that Leo was “not well” and that I needed to bring him back the next day — for another £300 — which felt pressuring and overwhelming.they are overpriced . When I picked him up, he was wet with urine and feces, very dirty, and smelled horrible — nothing like the clean puppy I had brought in and he was collapsing not breathing not moving not responding like he was dying i asked them what they have done to him they said that was your fault you kept him at home for 3 days without treatment, they didn’t know that i took him to the hospital a night before and they told me that he is okay and gave him an anti sickness so i just left and run straight away to vet Now hospital trying to save his life but it was too late They told me that he need an intensive care that he could have been attempted for £5,000 — but there was no guarantee he would survive or we can put him down . When I went to see him for the last time before they put him down . Sadly, by that point, it was too late to save him. Losing Leo has been devastating. I am sharing this experience to help other pet owners ask questions, seek second opinions, and make informed decisions in difficult moments.never believe them i don’t recommend them to anyone R.I.P Leo 🤍 25.11.2025 – 28.01.2026 The first picture was an hour before attending queen’s crescent vet and the others is in (Vet Now)hospital 15mn after picking him up from Queens crescent vet .
We took our dog to this clinic while he was unwell but still walking and responsive. After several hours under their care, his condition significantly worsened — he was unresponsive and only breathing. We were told that further treatment would cost thousands of pounds, and during this conversation staff were rude, shouting, and blamed us for his condition. There was a complete lack of compassion or care, and it felt like the focus was on money rather than our dog’s wellbeing. Extremely distressing experience.

Kaitlin and the team provided us with first class care when we took our guinea pigs Willow and Pepsi to the surgery. We were provided with thorough examinations and investigations into their condition as well as medication and advice. Thankfully both have recovered well. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery to others. In addition to this we were sent a lovely condolence card when our other Guinea pig Biscuit died which very thoughtful and much appreciated ❤️
I have been attending Queen's crescent vets with my cat - Furry McMurray (a nearly 16 year old cat) since May this year when he started vomiting and losing weight. I have been absolutely delighted with the care and attention I have received - especially from Vet Dima (Furry's purramedic as we call him) Dima has been spot on with his diagnosis of pancreatitis and hyperthyroidism and has really spent time explaining everything and carrying out all the appropriate tests and examinations.He has a very human and caring attitude and you can tell he has a genuine concern for Furry's wellbeing. The whole team have been amazing - Kaitlin, who we saw one day for an emergency appoinment, Anne the head nurse, and all the other nurses and reception staff. I would highly recommend this practice.
