I never expected premium service at an express car wash, but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex was very helpful in getting me signed up for a membership. I plan to recommend this wash to EVERYONE.
HIGHLY recommend this car wash to all. Great value and an even better wash. Towels are always stocked, my car is always hydrophobic. Angie was very helpful, I almost wanted to sign up for a membership just because of her customer service! She went above and beyond to explain all the washes to me, and even gave me a rebuttal with the benefits of the membership.
I was there earlier today and my experience was spectacular. I had gone today with the intention of just getting a car wash and Araceli was so wonderful explaining the perks of getting a membership. Araceli was very friendly and never stop smiling and she made me feel welcome and definitely will be coming back and telling my family, friends and coworkers about this location.
Brought my Chevy equinox for a wash after the rains we got and was surprised by the positive attitude from the team! Araceli helped me select the best membership for me and was patient, kind, and attentive during the process. Excellent customer service and I can’t wait to use my membership!
I dont like to leave reviews, but this place has the worst customer services. They hire teenagers that care less about your car, wash or customer experience. The manager, was very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Will not be returning and plan to cancel my membership. The pictures are from a second wash I got after the first wash left my car foamy and soap lines. They had an attitude with me getting a rinse since the first wash left my car dirtier, and ran the car wash dry without water or dryer. The car was scratched from the dry brushes and almost broke my side mirrors. Don't waste your money at this place. They will not treat you like a customer more like a problem that needs to go away. I plan to reach to their corporate office and place a complain. To the person responding to online reviews, I don't care about a free car wash to make things right.
