Fantastic experience doing my taxes Ive been confused about and putting of for a year. I was able to walk in and do my taxes with Amine within 20 mins. I would definitely come back and recommend this to people.
This year is the first year i work with them and I am SO glad I switched with them. I had a horrible experience with another tax firm (has several branches ). Thankfully , I found them and they had great reviews . Took them 48 hours to respond to my request, despite sending them the details mid April (high season), they submitted everything soon after , also reasonably priced. Thanks for your competence. I made an appointment online three days in advance and clearly stated that I would be coming for a consultation regarding rental property taxes. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but at 1:20 PM, I received the email shown in the image informing me that my appointment had been canceled. This is completely irresponsible—I had already arrived at the building and even paid for parking. And now, at this moment, you’re telling me that you don’t handle such matters? You had three days to inform me, yet you only told me after I had already arrived downstairs. This suggests that they only checked my appointment 10 minutes before I arrived. The response was also extremely rude. It seems like they only handle the simplest tasks while charging money. A very poor experience.
