This is the best tire shop, I was at the gas station in St. Matthews. This guy told me I needed a tire ASAP because the belt line in the tire was showing. I stopped by two different tire shops and they were both closed. I remembered seeing this company online and after reading the reviews I stopped by. The whole experience was informative and I could tell this company cared about my wellbeing. I purchased a tire and I plan on going back to have some minor car repairs done. I trust this company and I’m so glad those other places were closed. I get off work late so this place staying open later was a lifesaver. Giving them five stars isn’t enough, they deserve more❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 12/13/25 I needed a new tire and I went back to the best place I know. The owner and Muhammad are wonderful people….they got me back on the road and now I can travel safely in the bad weather! I recommend this place to everyone, please stop by and support a small business, I plan on going back to purchase 3 more tires after the holidays…the before and after pictures speak for themselves!!!
Was in dire need of tire, holiday seasons are here and couldn’t really do much as far as cost. But after calling around to several different places, I came across quick tire, told them exactly what I needed, told me the price, and everything was set! Plus they’re black owned, very professional, literally quick like in the name. Definitely a tire-life saver with cost, quality and quickness. Definitely stop by for other services as well for an affordable price! Appreciate it quick tire💪🏾
They sold me this tire for $120 saying it was new. It had a leak as soon as I left the store. I thought maybe it just needed air from sitting. It continued to leak so I took it to a different store and they said it was NOT new and was leaking from an old plug around the rim of the tire! Dont trust them! I will not be back!
I'm giving one star bc I have to in order to give a WARNING TO EVERYONE I POSSIBLY CAN!!! otherwise I wouldn't give any stars if someone paid me to.I went bc my tire shredded and I was driving in my temporary spare tire. They told me $110 for 2 used 205/55 R17 tires which I happily agreed to. The remainder of my tire sidewall and bead were still on the rim and they needed an alternate way to remove it bc their equipment was NOT CAPABLE of breaking the bead. So the man who was doing the work went and got somebody else and I'm assuming it was the owner. they both called me back and told me they couldn't get it off the rims so I was upcharged at that point $20 and I told the man I was only quoted 110 so he told me 120 would be fine so I agreed and then I suggested that they use a razor blade maybe to cut a slit in the rubber and remove it. Instead they went and got a rotary saw and proceeded to cut an inch slit in my alloy rim, that btw matches my paint job. Now mind you, when my tire went flat I drove on the rim for a good mile with no damage to any of the rims whatsoever. Yet they managed to ruin my entire rim by simply changing the tire! They tried to make it better by lowering the price to $100 and offering me an oil change for $20!!! I grabbed my rim, I told him I'm just going to take my rim and go. As I placed it in my trunk to leave I was approached by the same man who then pleaded with me to allow him to make it right. Being the rim was already ruined I allowed them to place their tire on it and put it back on my vehicle...To top it all off, when I was backing out to leave the same man came back out and asked me if I can pull up Google. So I did and I pulled up their company as he asked, but then he asked me if I had Maps so I pulled up Google Maps and he aggressively reached over and started pressing the screen on my phone and proceeded to give himself a five-star rating on Google like I didn't see him do it or something and then told me to write a comment about them. So I put something like "very inexpensive" just so I could go before I clocked out on this rude, ignorant, and highly incompetent poor excuse for a human being. I will seek compensation for the damage done once I get a quote on a new rim with matching paint.
They did an excellent job, talked to my husband first knowing I came by myself and helped me tremendously! Great customer service!
