I brought my ring in to get sized here and had several issues. My ring had a brushed finish, and they completely polished the whole ring. In addition, I received it back with several deep, black scratches. When I spoke with the manager I was told that it was my fault for not telling them to keep the finish as is, and he refused to refund me. I do not recommend this business.
Such an amazing experience! The service was incredibly quick, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, everything looks flawless! Needed a quick battery change in a watch. I was met with quick service, prices upfront, and extraordinary friendly staff. Also, even though I told them I would pick it up before they closed they still provided a call to let me know it was ready. Additionally, the gentleman that helped me provide a surprise polish and cleaning of the watch free of charge. This is how you do business and keep customers!
I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. This was a small purchase, but I was treated like royalty. I highly recommend. Thank you Marissa Cindy H .
I have used this Quikset Jewelry Repair multiple times, all with excellent results. My most recent repair was resizing my wedding band (with a filigree design) and a solitaire that I have worn for 47 years. I was so excited to see how beautiful my rings looked - both had to be sized up 1.5 sizes due to arthritic knuckles. I opted to have gold beads placed inside the bands to help secure the rings on my finger. I was ecstatic to see how my wedding set turned out. The filigree design did not even look as if it had been altered...the gold beads made my rings comfortable; and I can now take them off and on with ease. The workmanship was so great. I truly did not think I would ever be able to wear this set again. Thanks to Quikset Plano for taking such great care of my rings.
