I took my Certina watch in because the second hand was not moving and the date would not move. I normally have to send it In because no other watch repair shop can repair it. Well Quikset did, they repaired the second hand by replacing the movement which also repaired the date movement. I also had my gold rope chain sauntered, so now the clasp works. The fee was half what Certina charges me, so I highly recommend Quikset, their service is second to none!
Chandra, Trinity and Quang were able to repair my glasses on the spot until I get my new pair. Very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciate the customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Kwikset Jewelry! My chain had broken, and I came in right before closing just hoping to get a quick quote. Trinity at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Boss Lady Shondra, the manager, would not let me leave until my chain was fixed even though they were about to close!! Adrian stayed after hours to actually fix my chain on the spot — he did a great job, and it looks brand new again! It’s rare to find a team that’s this professional, kind, and dedicated to helping customers. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for me.
