We recently had the wonderful experience of getting our roof being given the full check over by Alex , Brenden and the boys who work at Radiant Roof Repairs. I was a bit concerned about our roof, especially as we were coming into the rain, storm and cyclone season. I looked around, read the reviews and kept coming back to Radiant Roof Repairs. I am so glad we did. From the minute I contacted them to the end, the lines of communication were constantly open. Everything was explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand and Alex's work ethic is an incredible asset to the company. They all work like the "dream team". I have absolutely no qualms in recommending them for your roof repairs. They are honest, upfront and get the job done. If there is going to be a hold up, (due to uncontrollable forces ie: the weather), they communicate it to you promptly. And work towards completeing your job as soon as possibly. I highly recommend Radiant Roof Repairs. They did an excellent full roof restore when I sold my previous place in Palm Beach and did some urgent repairs to a badly leaking roof at my new place in Miami. They respond quickly and politely to enquiries, communicate clearly throughout and actually care about their customers and the quality of the job. A pleasure to deal with - 5 stars all the way!
The team at Radiant Roofing did a stellar job. We own a QLD duplex that needed all new gutters, down pipes, eves repaired and painted and some new roof tiles. I contacted 5 local roof repair providers. 3 never responded to my request for quotes. 1 made two appointments to come quote and never turned up to me staying home to meet them then ghosted me. Alex and Brendan were on it from the start. Their website was modern and my online request for quote led to quickly to Alex over to quote. Shortly later Brendan worked with me on paint colours and logistics. The roofing crew onsite - Rowan and Matt - were super friendly, professional and hard working. Good attention to detail and took the time to fix the little things too The job was done in less than a week. Photos show the final results. We would definitely recommend Radiant Roofing.
