Well this place has definitely changed for the worse. My install lasted a week after paying 2300. My radio and speakers started cutting on and off by itself. Now remind u this is before the problem I had with my door hinge. A week later I noticed the cluster in my fan for my heater is broken. I was wondering why I was having issues with it and I noticed they broke the switch and didn’t tell me just like the door issue. I will definitely not be back here for any further installations
Terrible service. My installation only lasted one day, and the speakers turned on by themselves. Then, a week later, I took it back, and they told me the amplifier was faulty. They gave me another appointment, and the worst part is that the power cable is hanging underneath the car, dragging on the ground. I don't know what happened; I've had two other cars and they installed the systems perfectly.Yes, the appointment is tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. 01 15 26
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these guys made my day. I was entertained almost the entire time I waited to have my subs installed. They did an amazing job on the install. Their pricing isn’t cheap but it is a lot less than other places around. Overall, I had a great experience. I walked away with what I wanted and paid for and I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!
The website boasts, "We're your one-stop destination for all things 12-volt automotive." The truth, however, is that they are not. I brought in a brand-new, unopened remote car starter—specifically designed for my vehicle—with full documentation, QR codes for setup videos, diagrams, and even live tech support. I even printed the entire manual to make their job easier. Despite all that, they refused to install it, saying they only install products purchased from them. If they were truly the best, why be afraid to install a high-quality product clearly made for my car? To me, that’s a sign of limited skill and a desire to control the markup rather than serve the customer. Ironically, I was also planning to ask about buying a new radio and speakers that same day—but after this experience, I decided not to. They talk the talk, but they definitely don’t walk the walk. In response to your followup: Your response contains several incorrect assumptions. At no point did I refer to ‘random no-name internet electronics’ or anything purchased from Walmart. In fact, Walmart does not sell the brand I referenced — Best Buy does. My review was based on the customer service I received, not on a request for you to install unsafe or incompatible equipment. I would appreciate it if future responses addressed the actual details of the customer’s experience rather than making inaccurate assumptions. A respectful, fact-based approach would go much further in resolving concerns.
I’ve sent over 30 cars here and never disappoints! Will always take my stuff here just a couple of the ones done.
